In our production plants we developed a large variety of products to distribute all around the world. We care that the result is healthy and tasty food to enjoy with family and friends. We invite you to know our lines of production and also to remember that, upon request, we can produce different products.

Canned fruits - dehydrated products - natural oils

Blueberries

Blueberries are a well-known fruit consumed all around the world, due to its multiples uses and properties. Our format it is dehydrated, primarily for use in infusions, though it can also be consumed with cereal, salads, as a snack, in fruit bread confections, etc. In pharmaceutical industry, is used as source of fiber, vitamins and antioxidants. Recently we had created a new format, so now, we offer canned blueberries too.

St. John’s Wort

St. John’s Wort or Hypericum is a naturalized plant in the Americas. It is used in the pharmacy industry to make natural antidepressant products and has been used for decades for many domestic purposes in Europe. Our delicate production process, allows us to dehydrate the herb while preserving all its properties and natural oils, getting a final product in “pharmacopeia Cut” to facilitate its pharmaceutical use. Finally, it can also be consumed as infusion, alone or mixed. A popular recipe consists in storing Hypericum Pharmacopea Cut* in glass jars with edible oil, leaving them exposed to sunlight for some time; the oil can then be used to relieve skin injuries and burns.”

Boldo

Boldo is a tree originally from South America, whose leaves are used mainly in infusions. They have a smell similar to lemon due to its essential oil Cineol, while also having multiple beneficial properties. The flavor it is very pleasant and can be consumed as hot or cold infusion. It is usually added to Hierba Mate.

Molded quince jam

This variety of jam originates in Spain, but was soon adopted by the Latin-American gastronomy and so has been consumed for decades in different cultures and countries. Its flavor is delicious, bittersweet and very aromatic, is a versatile product that can be used for desserts, cakes, biscuits, among others; or just eat it with bread, cookies, walnuts or cheese. We have created a unique and matchless recipe, achieving the flavor and texture of the traditional homemade quince jam.

Pears in light syrup

Our pears are unique in the market, they are produced from Summer Bartlett variety, known by its authentic flavor, sweetness and softness. Can be consumed as it comes in the can or use them for delicious preparations like desserts and dishes. (See our Perelló Cookbook). It is a natural product, without colorants, flavorings or sweeteners. They are peeled mechanically, not chemically, making them safe to eat for children, the elderly and the sick.

Chestnuts

Both in syrup or cream, chestnuts are the perfect ingredient for elegant desserts and they are really fine on the palate. The flavor is soft, nice and sweet. It is a highly requested product by foreign clients.

Canned Strawberries

Our strawberries are produced out of a special variety for canned industry, they have a distinct flavor, very characteristic from the zone where they are collected. Being a canned product, its properties are better preserved until the product is served.

Maraschino Cherries

This is a very versatile product with a unique flavor and smell, they can be used to prepare desserts, drinks, decorations or just eat them as it comes like dessert.

They are exquisite, easy to eat. As they come with the stone removed, you can enjoy them without having to deal with it.

Rosehips

It is a wild product, non-cultivated, free of agrochemicals, known by its multiple beneficial properties, high levels of vitamin-C, and its nice flavor and smell. Rosehips are consumed mainly as infusions, juices, soups, marmalades or simply as a delicious drink. At industrial level, it is used as raw material to produce medicines for knee and joint pain reduction, to dissolve kidney stones, as an antioxidant, as a source of vitamin c, as a strengthener for immune system. From the seeds is extracted the Rosehip Oil which is used in the cosmetic and pharmacy industry due to its beneficial properties for skin.
